The Horizons Adventure program (ages 15-17) lasts one week and is based in Adventure Village, where campers live in rustic cabins, eat in open-air Adventure Dining Hall overlooking a woodland pond, and spend most of their time outdoors. Activities at Horizons include low ropes initiatives, the high ropes course, caving, mountain biking. In neigboring West Virginia, campers experience the Via Ferrata rock climbing challenge and whitewater rafting on the New River. Our Challenge By Choice philosophy allows each camper to set individual goals and feel pride in their accomplishments regardless of experience or skill level. Camp Horizons provides equipment and transportation for all activities.
