|
Wild Connections, Human Connections. Inspiring journeys for 7-12 graders in the diverse landscapes of the American Southwest and Costa Rica. Unique combination of wilderness adventure and meaningful service projects with the diverse native cultures in our area. Redrock canyons, pristine rivers, high-desert mesas, aspen groves and snow-capped peaks this is our backyard. We live and play where we run our programs, so we can run safer and more seamless expeditions. A small group of 12, with 3 experienced instructors, ensures the most personal attention and the most fulfilling experience.
Each summer, we welcome 150 young people to join our community. Check out our programs. Each has its own theme and personality, from Ancient Pathways an adventure program steeped in the fascinating past and present of the Navajo, to Southwest Journey an action-packed voyage across the Southwest including rafting the Green River in Utah, service in a Hopi pueblo, a wilderness climbing camp, a peak ascent and a mountain biking expedition on Colorados famous trails.
