Frost Valley YMCA is located in NY’s Catskill Mountains only 2 hours from NYC. With over 100 summers under our belt, Frost Valley is guided by our mission to build a healthy mind, body, and spirit for all. Children from all backgrounds come together to try exciting & new things in a safe environment. Our programs focus on character development through our values: Caring, Community, Diversity, Honesty, Inclusiveness, Respect, Responsibility, and Stewardship. Our adventure programs are all about character building, challenging yourself, and making friendships whether on an adventure trip to beautiful and awe-inspiring places around the U.S. or on a service trip, experiencing firsthand the difference you can make. From these new experiences, campers discover in themselves newfound confidence and strength.
